brilliant info, thanks so much. i moved here in 92 and it is just so stunning how much north austin has changed. i also volunteered at the austin film society from around 93 to 2005 when the offices were off i-35, and did a lot of computer support for Rick and co during those days. we had an epic film scene back then. still do for the most part, just very different. 🤠📽️🎞️🔊🍿

I'm shocked that this office park isn't the one at Braker/Kramer/Metric, which is where I always thought this was filmed.
I have a feeling we're about to see the Trails at Walnut Creek, where I lived (first apartment!) in 1984.

I think you mis-typed the office location. It should be:
4120 Freidrich Ln
That address (rather than Kramer Lane) actually IS in southeast Austin and just down the street from my first office on Directors Blvd.
You were right I fudged that up in original email and corrected earlier.
